I aim to to have your order delivered within 3 days of your order and

online purchase.

If for any reason this does not happen, please contact me directly and I will personally deal with any issue. 

Your beautiful product should arrive in perfect condition.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, it does not match up to your expectations, damaged or unsutable, please retun it to me

and I will refund you fully.

Or I am happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit note.

This is to ensure that I have access to all the tools necessary for growing the business in a safe and secure way. To get your order to you as quickly as possible and to monitor product popularity and stock levels. 

Although super clever I have a responsibity to ensure that your details are not shared with anyone else or a third party. You will not be bombarded with pop up adverts or unnecasary emails or advertsing.
